1. Is Holden a good brother?
2. Why does Holden choose to go to a former teachers house instead of another friends?
3. How did James Castle die?
4. What does Mr. Antolio petting his head sybolis?
5. Is Phobe a typical little sister?
I choose to awnser 5. I belive that Phobe is still a typical little sister who just happens to be slightly more mature and Holden is slightly less mature so he believe she is a genuis when she really is not.

Marrige
Marrige is difficult for us to understand because none of us have ever loved anyone so much that they wis to marry them but Holden is baseicly feeling the same way as us because he has no idea what true love is and he just has to wait for it to come to him as we do for us we can't expect love to just fall from the sky we have to learn to be more pacinete and so does Holden because him and us alike try to rush into every situation.
Dear School brord
I see many reasons why you would like to ban cather and the rye. One is becaue of the fequent sexual activity in the book the includes a prositute but I find that student can learn from Holden's mistake and choose not to do this activity because scares them when he gets beat up by the pimp. Another is the fequent use of achohol and this is a prolem that is very relevant inour childerns lives and they will have to choose later in life so it is better for them to learn more info now. lastly is him constanly disobeying his elders and not following but in the book he has gotten nothing but troble from not folling the rules so he has to learn to.

Chapters 16-18
" My brother D.B was in the Army for four godamn years. He was in the war, too-he landed on D-Day and all-but I really think he hated the Army worse than the war."
This is a quote from the end of Chapter 18 and shows Holdens views on the Military that it is worse than the acual warfare in his opion because the Army makes you conform to their standards and you can not be different because the Army needs them to work and do everything together and that if they have indivuals that don't want to work with others they can die for all they care and the Armys only goal is to win it does not matter what the cost is they just need to win it does not matter how many people die as long as they win.

In my blog I will choose to write about Holden's view on religion. I believe that Holden believes that most members of a church are too focused on finding out if they can convert you to becoming a Christian or a Buddhist or any other religion for that matter. So in that sense he does not care for religion but he does wish that he would a better person and try to help others more than he does and in that way he tries to be more like a Christian. He also he believes that you should help others that are less fortunate than you and that if you only try to help others by setting up groups of people to do the work for you than you might as well not do it at all. He also says in the text "Goddamn money. It always ends up making you blue as hell." in this quote I think that he is saying that money is the root of all of society's problems because once you think you have quite a bit then you end up wanting more and more until you die and you will not die happy with what you have done in your life.

week two 2
no I belviele that he does not respect those who do not respect him so he trys to go aganist them in order to show them they need to respect him in order for them to gain his respect so he trys to fail to become an ordenary member of socity because he wants to not that he cant.
week 2
I believe that Holden is nethier an adlut or a child he lives like he is both kind of how all teens do today they believe that they have grown up to the point where they can understand everything it takes to be an adult when they really don't. I belive that I am in a very similar situation to Holden same as many people in our class because they are ready to leave now and they want to move away but we don't realize that when we move away that we will want to go back home and we will finallyrealize how much our parnets love us.

Catcher and the rye 2
In my mind this is basicilly what my life is like today I don't care what happens i just want to have fun while being alive and I see so many connections to me and Holden it is unbelievible it is like we are the same person except i am real and he is not.
So far from what i have read i found out that my life is awful and that no one really has a porpus in this life and that we just play it like it's game except in this game no one wins.
